French Malt Whisky by Alfred GIRAUD HORIZON
Made with uncompromising attention to detail from raw materials to bottle, Horizon is Alfred Giraudo's first single malt. Two different types of cognac, French and American oak from
the St. Palais distillery are combined and aged to create the Armagnac base. At the same time, several whiskies are aged in high quality casks, including old Cognac, Bordeaux Grand Cru
and Pinot.
The final marriage of these malt whiskies is aged in old cognac casks. In total, 14 different casks are used to transform the unique texture into a complex single malt, creating a
balanced horizon with Alfred Giraudo's signature elegance.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Fresh, elegant, smooth, exquisite French oak aromas. The finish is soft with ripe grapefruit.
PALATE
Clear, dark and complex. Perfectly blended, with each single malt retaining its fruity character. Remarkably fresh.
FINISH
An exquisite aftertaste. An aftertaste that lingers in the mouth for several seconds.
French Malt Whisky by Alfred GIRAUD HERITAGE
Heritage, a limited edition whisky made in special casks, is a blend of three different non peated French malt distillates in three different casks.
The casks are mainly used to age new French Limousin, American Oak and Extra Old Cognac. The blend is then aged well in the Extra Old Cognac casks until the aromas are balanced and
blended.

French Malt Whisky by Alfred GIRAUD HARMONIE
A limited edition whisky with special casks. Harmony is a blend of two non peated French malt spirits in three different casks: mainly very old Extra Old Cognac as well as newer French Limousin and American oak. It is then blended with lightly peated French malt distillate until the aromas blend perfectly before being returned to the same extra old Cognac cask.

NOSE
Firm, weighty, seductive aroma. Warm raisin bread and baked spices with a hint of smoky barley.
PALATE
Powerful yet delicate. Silky taste gives way to savory spices and juicy grape-like flavors. Rich and balanced with a peaty taste that remains somewhere in the middle.
FINISH
Very long-lasting finish. Slight peat pleasantly coordinates with the soft astringency of the extra old cognac cask.
